Tell us your address, how many people are in the house, and whether you're on town supply or tank. If you already have a system, a photo or your install invoice tells us what's fitted, or we'll just ask you two quick questions.

And no, nobody comes to your house to run a water test. Your council already tests your water all year and publishes the results - we show you their numbers, and our price is on the website. No sales rep in your living room, no quote appointment, no waiting a week. That saves you time, and it keeps the price down.

A carbon cartridge only holds so much. How fast yours gets used up depends on how much water your household puts through it and how much chlorine your supply carries. We do that maths for you, and it's all laid out in your report.

There's nothing to remember - the refill turning up is your reminder. You're billed only when a refill ships, and you can change or cancel any time.

The longest schedule and the lowest yearly cost. The carbon will be fading before each swap, and you may taste chlorine near the end. Some households are fine with that, and if yours is, we will say so.

Changed early, every time, for households that want the filters swapped before there's any chance of noticing them fade. Same refill, same price - the schedule is just shorter, so the yearly cost is higher.

Tank Filter Plan: $345 a refill, covering cartridges and the UV lamp. ES60 owners: the third-year refill is $395 with the membrane in it.

You can cancel anytime with one email - no phone call, no fee, and anything unshipped is refunded. If it's the cost, you can drop to the lighter plan instead and keep the filters coming.

If the cartridges we send don't fit, that is our mistake, not yours. Send a photo, keep the wrong ones, and the right ones go in the post that day.

Yes. We email you before each refill ships, and you can change, skip or cancel right up until it does. You're only ever billed when a refill actually ships.
