The terms, in plain words.

These terms cover buying from No Brainer Water Co (Mason Kingdom, sole trader, GST 071-505-960). Using the site or buying from us means you accept them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is through Stripe. For systems, you pay when you order. For the Filter Plan, nothing is charged when you join - your card is saved securely with Stripe and each refill is billed only when it ships.

The Filter Plan

Your schedule is worked out from your household and your area's water, and we confirm it in your report. You can cancel anytime, and anything unshipped is never charged. If a refill has already shipped when you cancel, that refill is yours and paid for, and nothing further bills.

Installation

We sell and deliver the equipment - we do not install it. Whole-house systems should be fitted by a licensed plumber, and the job card in the box covers what they need. Your plumber is responsible for the installation itself.

Faults and guarantees

Everything we sell is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If something arrives faulty or fails early, contact us and we will put it right - repair, replacement or refund as the Act provides. Housings carry the manufacturer's warranty on top.

Systems also carry our 90 day guarantee: if the water is not noticeably better within 90 days of delivery, we refund the system in full and arrange collection. This sits on top of your Consumer Guarantees Act rights, never in place of them.

The water reports

Our reports quote your supplier's own published testing and national standards. They are provided in good faith for choosing filtration, and are not a substitute for a professional analysis of the water at your specific tap.

The legal bits

New Zealand law applies. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. We may update these terms, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
