How we handle your information.

This is the privacy policy for No Brainer Water Co (Mason Kingdom, sole trader). We collect the minimum we need to do the job, and we never sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

When you use the water check or buy from us we collect your name, email, mobile number, suburb or address, household size, water source, and if you send one, a photo or invoice of your filter system. When you buy, Stripe processes your payment - we never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Your water report, working out your filter schedule, delivering your order, running your Filter Plan, and service messages about your order or plan. If you have asked for the report, we may also email you about your water and what we offer - every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the business run: Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, our courier for shipping, our supplier where needed to fulfil your order, and Meta for measuring our advertising. Each gets only what it needs. Nobody gets your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a customer or lead, plus what NZ tax law requires for order records (seven years). Ask us to delete your information and we will, apart from what the law makes us keep.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of your information and ask us to correct it. Email hello@nobrainerwater.co.nz or call 021 709 370. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
